Stephen F. Darley has been involved in, and committed to, the
development of affordable housing for more than twenty-eight years.
He is intimately familiar with all aspects of development, and he
has extensive experience working with all levels of government
financing programs including the Dept of Housing and Urban
Development, the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, Dept
of Economic & Community Development and municipal programs.
Steve started his career as a Staff Attorney, first at the
New Haven Redevelopment Agency and, subsequently for New Haven
Legal Assistance Association, He later served as Executive
Director of Neighborhood Housing, Inc, a non-profit housing
corporation, where he was responsible for all aspects of the
operation. Steve received a BS from Utah State University and
an L.L.B. from George Washington University.
Steve is currently the President of New Haven Construction
Corporation, and he is Executive Vice President of Nutmeg
Housing Development Corp, a non-profit housing development
corporation. He has served on numerous boards and commissions
including the Advisory Board for the Connecticut Housing Finance
Authority, Affordable Housing Committee of the Connecticut Home
Builders Association and the Dept of Housing & Urban Development
Homeownership Committee. Steve is currently the Chairman of the
Connecticut Association of Housing Development Corporations.

Deb came to New Haven Construction with more than 25 years of
experience in various administrative capacities including two years
with John Murphy Construction Co of New Haven. Deb is responsible
for all administrative functions for the company including office
administration, bookkeeping and secretarial. She handles all punch
list coordination and is the primary customer relations representative
for the organization. Deb graduated from Milford High School and has
taken numerous educational courses that enhance her ability to handle
a myriad of administrative responsibilities.
