This 51-unit townhouse style condominium development is located adjacent to Lake Winfield in Plymouth, CT. It is being constructed with a construction loan from the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority. Because the land was purchased under the Dept of Economic and Community Development, there is a deed restriction on the units that limits the incomes of any subsequent buyers. The project consists of two and three bedroom units with a one-car garage underneath. All buyers must be at or under the CHFA income guidelines for the home mortgage program. The project is currently under construction on the final two buildings. The total costs for this development is $2,913,541 and will be completed in 2001.
