This project was developed and constructed by New Haven Construction for the New Haven Housing Authority. Once it was completed according to approved plans and specifications, it was sold to the Housing Authority for a preapproved price. The project consists of 12 duplex townhouse style units including one handicap accessible unit. Interim financing was provided by the Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund. The project was completed in 1997 at a cost of $1,452,723.
