New Haven Construction Corp. built this affordable condominium project in the City of Ansonia on Redevelopment Agency owned land at a cost of $2,300,000. The units consisted of two bedrooms and were financed by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority. There were 29 units in this project and units were sold to families under the CHFA income limits. The project was completed in 1989.
