For this project, New Haven Construction Corp. rehabiltated a vacant school in East Haven, CT and constructed new condominium units overlooking a pond. The project, completed in 1984, consisted of six units in the renovated school building and 14 new units surrounding the school. Financing for the development was provided by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and the total costs was $1,038,000.
