This project involved the rehabilitation of a 12 unit apartment building located on James Street in New Haven.The project was financed by a loan from the Department of Housing and was done under the Moderate Rehab Section 8 program through the New Haven Housing Authority. The project, which was owned by a private owner, was completed in 1980 at a cost of $120,000.
