Located in East Haven, this affordable housing development of single family detached homes was developed under the Common Interest Ownership Act of the State of Connecticut. The house types are capes and raised ranches containing approximately 1100 square feet. The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority provided interim financing. The house types in this development were capes and raised ranches on 5000 square foot lots. All of the homes in this development were sold to families under the CHFA income limits and eligible buyers received FHA/CHFA mortgages. The project was completed in 1998 at a cost of $2,533,673.
