New Haven Construction Corp. developed a unique concept for this 33-unit condominium project. All of the units are three bedrooms with a garage under. The objective was to provide family housing in a condo setting in order to keep the prices affordable. The units sold for $70,900 and were financed by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority. The project cost was $2,346,200 and was completed in 1988.
