This 9-unit apartment building was constructed in 1991 utilizing permanent financing from the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority’s Small Rental Development Program, which provided interest rate of 3%. The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and the Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund provided interim financing. Upon completion the project was sold to Community Housing Corporation. The total cost of the project was $776,400.
