New Haven Construction Corp. built this condominium project on vacant land next to a newly renovated city park and not far from the New Haven Harbor. This project had been approved for over eight years but could not get off the ground. Using the same footprint, our architect designed 28 two-bedroom units with garages under for families below the CHFA income limits. Adequate parking was designed into the project that was financed by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority. The project cost $1,677,200 and was completed in 1986.
