This project was developed and constructed by New Haven Construction for the New Haven Housing Authority. Once it was completed according to approved plans and specification, it was sold to the Housing Authority for a preapproved price. The project consists of 16 duplex townhouse style units with one handicap accessible unit. Interim financing was provided by the Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund. The project was completed in 2000 for a cost of $2,000,000.
