This affordable condominium project is located on Quinnipiac Ave in New Haven. The project consists of 17 new townhouse style units and the rehab of an existing house. All of the units in this development are affordable. Interim financing was provided by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority through its Special Programs Division. The total cost of the project was $980,405 and it was completed in 1990.
