This project involved the rehabilitation of two separate buildings-one on Bristol Street and one on Dixwell Ave in New Haven. The buildings were acquired from another non-profit corporation. The project contained a total of 30 units and was rehabilitated for a cost of $800,000 under the Moderate Rehab Section 8 program. The State Department of Housing loan, assumption of existing bank debt and selling low income housing tax credits, provided financing. The project was completed in 1983.
