Steve Darley, has over 28 years of experience
in affordable housing development and has served on numerous State and
local boards and commissions related to affordable housing development
and construction.
New Haven Construction Corp. has a 15-year plus track record that
includes the production of over 550 affordable housing units in 17
projects throughout Connecticut. These projects have attracted
solid financial support from the Connecticut Housing Finance
Authority (CHFA), private lenders, and various public sources.
In all, the company has attracted over 28 million dollars in
construction contracts.
New Haven Construction Corp. also develops and constructs affordable and
market-rate housing on behalf of other developers. The company has
served as general contractor for a related non-profit developer,
Nutmeg Housing Development Corp. Nutmeg Housing Development Corp is
also committed to increasing affordable housing opportunities through
out Connecticut for low and moderate-income families and is one of the
most experienced and productive non-profit developers in Connecticut.
New Haven Construction Corporation and Nutmeg Housing Development Corp.

East Haven, Ansonia and New Haven, affordable single family homes
in Manchester, East Haven, and Madison and the rehabilitation of an
